The work
Ashburner Building Services Ltd installed an underground soakaway system at a residential property in Bosham, near Chichester.
The team excavated and prepared the ground for a modular soakaway crate system designed to collect surface water and allow it to infiltrate gradually into the surrounding ground.
The crates were installed with a suitable geotextile membrane to reduce soil and debris entering the system. The team also managed drainage connections, levels, backfilling and ground reinstatement.
The installation helps manage rainwater runoff and reduce standing water around the property.
