The work
Ashburner Building Services Ltd completed substructure and underground drainage works for a high-end residential new build in Chichester, West Sussex.
The team constructed foundation blockwork and below-ground masonry to provide a stable base for the property, while installing the essential underground drainage infrastructure.
Drainage pipework was routed through the substructure, with connections and service penetrations coordinated beneath the proposed ground floor. Setting out and levels were managed for the next construction stages.
The completed works established the structural groundwork and drainage needed for the remainder of the build.
